If you all really know Da Hill then you can't forget Caldwells, and the Turning point.

Da Hilltop…so many stories to be told, but not on the roundup. We moved from Bonneville to McLaine St. when I was about 5 years old. Being young bucks, we couldn’t leave the yard because of the production going on so we would sit on the porch and watch the cars go up and down Stilton. Every third car was mine, lol. We would see Larry, Tim, Pep, Riley, Six, Tyron, Bill, Nash, Ant Love, Hightop, Uzi, Jeffery, Chubby, Jermaine, etc. riding up and down Stilton. I was like, “Yeah, that’s my car right there, lol”. I think his name was Mr. Starks; he had to loudest system ever with a microphone inside talking over the music. I’ve been to car shows and they can’t touch him. Still to this day, I sit on my Grandma’s porch and just reminisce. Playing Ball at Nix, going to Green store through the pad, ice cream @ Jamison’s, asking permission to get yours from the big boys so you won’t get robbed, the pool table in the corner store, Mr. Brown’s 20 dogs in one yard, Softball games on Sunday’s in front of Grandma house, Queen and her sister walking up and down the road, what ever happen to them? Being raised on the Hill made you tough and you learned young how to stand your ground. It gave you a special sense that a lot of people don’t have these days and you were committed to your hood and rep it everywhere you go. The Military wasn’t that hard for me, because I grew up with people screaming, shots being fired, and people getting beat down right in front of you, so there’s no fear when you’re raised on the Hill. And if you don’t know, you can still get it on the Hill, so don’t be mislead.

Terry, As I remember coming up on the DA HILL. It all started at the car wash on 601, and then it spread from there to Ashley, Crawford, Jamison, and Coleman (near Caldwell's). From there, it went to all of the other parts of DA HILL (Jamison, Coleman, Mingo, Campus Drive, etc - the other side of Goff).

OK in terms of Da Hill, it started out as Jamison and Campus right? Then went to Coleman, Goff and Mingo. When did the Gardens get the label? Just wondering.
