Hi, Love

"My Fault"

That was a poetic painer. You soar through your emotions like it's wrong. You can't control that. Shorty, time has (be-littled) all of us. It also prepare us for lifes next level.
Caution! Yeild and set aside love for a man. The hell with that! I bought a DVD the other day called "Reposition yourself" by Bishop TD Jakes. He said, Time, time, time, time - A time to laugh and a time to cry. A time to be born and a time to die. Steal my house, steal my car but what ever you do - don't waste my time. We cannot use the time we lost. The only thing we can use is the time we have left. And the question is: What is you going to do with the time you have left?" Your poetry is strong because a lot female trap themselves on dead weight that hurts them instead of help. They fall in love with these irresposible fools that have no dream, no hope to excel. "My Fault" I accept that. You know your mistake and you realize the mistake. This time your tears should be validated by a sigh. And your steps should be clear and dry. Put your trust in GOD not in the GUY!

My Fault

I trusted him, I should have known better
he's told lies and caused tears and I shouldn't have let him.
Come back into my life after so many years had past
but I thought he'd be different and this time wouldn't
be like the last.
Some say I'm bitter, some say I'm hating on the game
but those who judge never thought to ask Did I even say
I wanted to play.
Life is to short, I don't have time to play the games;
but it's my fault for accepting his apology
and believeing he was sorry and had changed.

He'd said the woman he'd married wasn't his ex but soon to be,
and even now he's moved on to the next and not given a second thought
about he's done to me.

May fault

Hi Keisha!

Confusion. This poem is flamed with the demise of a soldiers dream. Echoing thoughts of a soldier in war only bring silent screams in a huttle.
This poem gives me the choice of who I will vote for, who I can measure as a link between satisfied and traped. Confusion huh. This poem expresses a good point. Not understanding the commitment that honors our troops only to see there life fading to serve a country that lives off stupid decisions. Confusion --- I like it. That's a pass in my book.

Tell me what you think of the poem "Confusion"

Confusion
We got soldiers overseas, soldiers fighting a war
Innocent people are dying; do they know what we’re fighting for?
Right now I’m trying to tell you that my mind is so confused
As I, sit on my couch at night time, as I watch the nightly new
Right now I’m trying to get, some kind of understanding
To find out what’s going on, and know what the president is planning
Are fighting for oil, terrorism, or helping the citizens of Iraq
Or are fighting to get pay packs, on his father’s attacks
A lot of accusations are being spread around
But we the people want to know what’s true
Cause we’re standing on the outside looking in
And some of us don’t even got a clue
We got politicians taking an oath, and suppose to be testifying
But they all can’t be telling the truth somebody has to be lying

We got soldiers overseas, fighting a war,
Who volunteered to serve this country?
And those same soldiers are risking their lives
Getting paid a little bit of money
What about the weapons of mass destruction,
We’re looking for but still can’t find
Maybe it’s staring us right in the face,
Looking us right in the face looking at us if we were blind
What about the Soldiers overseas dying
While the families sitting home crying
All for the politicians on TV lying
Trying to persuade us but they’re not buying
Wanting to gain our trust, they better keep trying

We got Soldier overseas fighting a War
And the President is determined to send 20,000 more
What about the hurricane victims of Katrina
And the controversy going on with FEMA
When are we going to be put first?
When are we going to stop quenching the president’s thirst?
As I sit on the couch at night time and watch the nightly news
I’m still confused, still confused
So I’m going to end this poem on that “note”
And encourage all of you to go vote.
