I think Freddy (Smith) was in the group and they used to practice there. That was the bomb!!! It was like being in a Jazz club. Those are the kind of things we did on the "Parkway"!!! We were cultured!!!!

Anyways, I love the parkway and still have friends on the parkway. I try to go back atleast once a month to vist family and friends. I going to the basketball courts on fridays and sundays to play ball with the atlantic street crew, corona crew, and the kappa kastle crew. Those were the days when it was just fun.......Be on the lookout for the biggest cookout of the year at my home boy Brian Hamptons house on the parkway across the street from whittaker elementary. cant miss it!!!!!!

I remember having the biggest crush on Junior Owens, and I definitely remember Neshae Lee, her mother and brother. Don't yall forget Mr. Green Store and of course Mrs. Bowman.
