Hello I was one of Col. Strickland's students year 1982- 1986. I had great admiration for him. During my years as one of his students I became one of the commanders of the The BLUE ANGEL'S. He is sadly missed.
I was a cadet also. Demoted and promoted a couple of time. These guys really showed me alot about the intangibles required to succeed with. They all are great men of character and will be missed

Hello,Ms.Johnson.I was a cadet when you were commander.I learned what a s#**list was and why I didn't want to be on it from you, also not to interrupt Keith Sweat.I'm writing to ask you to please pass my number to your mother(843)810-7730.I promised her that I would visit at my mother's(Mary Dash Govan) funeral but I haven't been able to yet.Don't want it to be a pop up thing.I apologize for the length of this note.I'm not good with shorthand. Hey Judy Johnson! What's up? I got a friend request from your son and I can't believe how grown up he has become. Wow, time doesn't stop, does it? Hope to hear from you soon. Take care.

What's been happening girl? My brother had been talking about owroundup for a while and today I decided to join. How is everything going? How are you and your family? My heart was touched very much about Col. Strickland. I was in ROTC also, and those 3 men made a remarkable impact in my life. Even after graduation, I still was in contact with Chief until he became ill. My prayers are for Mrs. Strickland.
I hope you are doing well. I was very shocked to hear about Lt. Col. Strickland. Please leave me contact info at Hclintonscoville@bellsouth.net for you and Mrs. Strickland if you can.
