What's good fellow Bruins & Bruinettes? Just last night a few classmates and myself were talking about putting together a holiday party (we're not sure which holiday: Christmas or Thanksgiving?) for the c/o 85-95. We wanted some feedback from you all to see what holiday it should be on and what kind of affair( Dusk to Dawn etc.). Please provide feed back. We want to make this a major event.

I think you're going to have to have a "Black and White Ball" if you're having it during the Thanksgiving or Christmas holidays. You know good and well we can't wear white linen after Labor Day! LOL. Anyway, I think it's a great idea -- reasons to dress up and party are few and far between in S.C.!

Hoilday party is wonderful. I will be there to support you. Just another idea; What about a 80's Halloween Costume Party @ the Old Belleville Gym. Everyone pay a $5.00 admission and donate the monies to charity in Orangeburg. Best 80's outfit gets a ca$h prize. Maybe raffle drawing, etc. October is a great month because of state homecoming/county and state fairs. It seems that everyone from Orangeburg who moved away returns back during that time. Let me know what you think.
